By accessing or using Ordinus.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

Ordinus.ai is a SaaS platform for managing prompts, workflows, skills, skill files, and attachments in organizations and workspaces.

The Service includes collaboration, invite-based access, and time-limited share links for selected resources.

Ordinus.ai is a management and collaboration platform. It does not run AI models, execute prompts automatically, or generate AI outputs on your behalf.

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or store through the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

If you delete content, we use reasonable efforts to remove it from active systems in normal operations. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, caches, or legal/compliance records.

• No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing use.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No interference with system integrity, security, or performance.
• No reverse engineering or misuse beyond permitted use.

You are responsible for credential confidentiality and account activity. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service may include free and paid features.

If you purchase paid features, pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable order form. Payments may be processed by us or authorized third-party processors.

Refund and cancellation handling follows applicable law and applicable purchase terms, including our posted Refund Policy where relevant.

Platform software, architecture, design, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by Ordinus.ai or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce preview features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordinus.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you paid to Ordinus.ai in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, or system protection needs. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkiye.

We may update these Terms periodically by publishing revised text and an updated date.

The contracting legal entity and service provider for Ordinus.ai is GÜR BİLİŞİM BİLGİSAYAR ELEKTRONİK EĞİTİM VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, incorporated in the Republic of Turkiye.
