Refund Policy

This policy describes refund handling for paid subscriptions and paid features.

1. 15-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within the first 15 calendar days from the initial purchase date of a paid subscription or paid feature.

  • No reason is required within this window.
  • Requests must be submitted before day 15 ends.

2. After 15 Days

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed after the first 15 days. Post-day-15 requests may be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion and/or granted where required by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction/invoice reference (if available)
  • Short request description

4. Processing and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank/card issuer.

5. Cancellations vs Refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund unless the request is within 15 days, legally required, or specifically approved by us.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing the revised version.
